Rose Hill and Crutaux commemorated a new addition to their hospitality family tree with the grand opening of Main & Mill. Located in Jamesport, LI, Main & Mill is the new sister tasting room - elegantly furnished and beautifully designed. To celebrate, the team at M&M contracted us to bring Peekos in our Little Wood Boat display.
Conveniently located adjacent to the wine bar, guests were able to enjoy freshly shucked oysters paired with some of the finest wines North Fork vineyards have to offer. Our Peekos were served with our signature house Cocktail Sauce and Mignonette, as well as freshly cut lemons. Guests loved the oysters as a compliment to the wines.
The Result
We captured great content from the event, with strong engagement on social media stories. We were well prepared, set up in minutes and had a full boat of shucked oysters by the time the first guests arrived.
